The whole place was clean and the staff were affable and exceptional. The double room with a shower right next to the bed, all the amenities, as for instance was ideal for our trip.

the place was fairly clean and staff was very very helpful. the location was particularly good for tulum, near to the beach and the city centre, both the restaurant and the roof top, and the city centre.

The hotel is absolutely stunning with its beautiful green surroundings. Our spacious and clean bedroom provided the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The service, both in the restaurant and on the rooftop, was top-notch and always delivered with a smile. The complementary breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. The rooftop, with its lounge music and refreshing pool, was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sun. The hotel even has a spa where I enjoyed a fantastic massage. The location, although slightly outside of Tulum center, offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The WiFi worked flawlessly and there was even a convenient coworking space available. I highly recommend Kasa Hotel Kuyen - Adults Only for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Tulum.
